Out Of Hours Calls

  • For all out of hours calls (i.e.. nights, weekends and Bank Holidays) please telephone SELDOC (South
London Doctors On Call) on 0208 693 9066. This co-operative is manned by the majority of General
Practitioners in South East London on a Rota basis. On receipt of your telephone call the Doctor on duty
will either give you advice over the telephone, arrange for an appointment at The Emergency Care
Centre at Dulwich or, if required, arrange for the Mobile Doctor to visit you at home. This is for genuine
    medical emergencies only.

Repeat Prescriptions - Please Allow 48 Hrs

  • Requests for prescriptions are NOT taken over the telephone, as we believe this can lead to errors.

  • If you have a repeated medication the Doctor will issue you with a request sheet. All repeat medications should be indicated on the request sheet of your prescription. Prescriptions will be ready for collection within 48hrs from request.

  • Alternatively the request sheet can be sent back to The Surgery in a stamped addressed envelope and it will be posted back to you. Please note that requests for repeat prescriptions received at the Surgery the day before a Bank Holiday weekend will not be available for collection until after the Bank Holiday.

  • Your request sheet will show a review date. This will be updated automatically if you see a Doctor
before that date. If you have not seen a Doctor since the prescription was issued you will be advised
by the Receptionist to make an appointment to see a Doctor before the prescription can be reissued.
