Appointments
You can pre-book two 10 minutes appointments up to seven days in advance using this website. You will only see appointments that are available to book and are on a first come first serve basis.
First click on the 'time' that suits you, the next screen is to confirm your booking with a text box please enter a reason for your appointment, this is so the Doctor can be pre-prepared about your symptoms then click on the 'book' button, lastly an 'Booked' screen will show you your time, Doctor and date that you have just selected.
Repeat Prescription Requests
To make an repeat prescription select prescribing from your home page, the screen will change to list your current repeats, select your repeat(s) by clicking on the box(s) to select which repeats you require then click the 'Make Request' button, next an confirm screen will follow please check and select the 'Confirm' button, lastly an 'request made' screen is displayed to confirm that your repeat prescription has been sent.
Your prescription will ready 48 hours later after 2pm that day.
Personal Information
You can change your telephone, mobile, email or address details on-line, this will be checked and updated within 48 hours, if there is any problem with your change of details the receptionist will contact you.
If you wish to make a change please click on the 'edit' button, next an edit screen will be shown click on the boxes and enter your changes, when finished select the 'submit' button, the next screen to to confirm the changes that you have just made if all correct select the 'confirm' button, the last screen to confirm that your changes have been sent.

Browser Setup
If you are having problems logging in to this service you need to setup your Internet Explorer to these settings.
Click Tools, Internet Options, select the Privacy Tab, click the Sites Button, and enter 'webaccess.emisaccess.co.uk' into the white text box and select the Allow button, select 'OK' and 'OK' again.
Close down your internet explorer and re-open to apply the new settings.
This service has been provided to allow you access to available appointments over the internet within a One week period.
The service has been very popular. i.e. Busy commuters, the early, people with Disabilities and families with young children are welcoming the service, as children often become ill at night, and parents can put there minds at rest by booking an appointment straightaway. If the child feels better in the morning, the appointment can be cancelled just as easily
To use this service you need to first come into the Surgery and ask for an On-Line Registration Form via thereception desk, take this form home and log onto the REGISTRATION SCREEN and follow the on screen
instructions.
Please Note:- when booking on-line please enter a reason for your appointment so the reception staff can make sure your appointment has been given the correct length of time (i.e.. a Single 10min or a Double 20min appointment).
