View Your Medical Record

• You can now view your GP medical record online – free of charge. Using EMISaccess, you can use the internet to securely view test results, consultation notes and your medical history, including current and past medication.

• Whether you want to improve your knowledge of your medical condition, or check your record for accuracy it’s at your fingertips when you need it. You can even access it from anywhere in the world if you need medical treatment on holiday.

• Just ask reception for information on how you can get started.

 Patient Reference Group

• We run a Patient Panel where you can join and disuses the service that we provide, clink on this Link for more info.

 Walk-in Centre

• The new walk in centre has moved to the Waldron Health Centre clink on this Link for more info. 

 Self Check In

• We now have an 'Automated Arrivals Self Check In' system which allows you to check yourself in instead of waiting for a receptionist to be free.  If you are not sure how to use this system or get stuck please ask a receptionist.
