A range of free regular weekly walks in parks across the borough for people of all abilities.  All walks are led by trained volunteers and are 30 - 60 minutes long.  Also, Nordic walking programme available, learn the technique and follow on sessions.

Free, friendly, practical support and advice on medications to support is offered.  The support is free and all medications are available on prescription. Clinics are held in GP Practices, pharmacies, Lewisham Hospital and in community venues.
