Self Referrals:

There are lots of services that offer self referral directly so you do not need to see a GP for this. These include:

Foot Health Referrals

IAPT - Lewisham Counselling Service

Daylight - Anxiety App based counselling

Contraception

Antenatal Clinic

Adult Social Care Team 

Speech and Language for children

Drug and Alcohol Services

Early Pregnancy Unit

Minor Eye conditions

Our local pharmacies all offer a comprehensive service for over the counter medication to help with minor ailments. 

If you are suffering from a mental health crisis you can call 111, attend your local A&E department or contact the mental health crisis team on 0800 731 2864

ADHD and ASD referrals:

Current NHS waiting times are approximately 2 years, we can also refer patients to Psychiatry UK which have approx 14 month waiting times, please let the GP know if you require a referral to Psychiatry UK
